As long as our team knows their schedule, tasks and deadlines, we support them working during their most productive hours of the day, which isn’t necessarily between 9 and 5. But don’t feel obligated to respond if you get an email outside of regular office hours.

RHFAC stands for Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification, a Canadian rating and certification system that evaluates the percentage of meaningful access being provided throughout your site and is primarily based on CSA B651:23 - Accessible Design of the Built Environment Standard, universal design principles, and industry best practises.
You can trust that we bring the highest degree of quality and reliability to our assessments. Due to our expertise in accessibility standards and our knowledge of the built environment, we can promise that the scores we give are within 1-3% of the final RHFAC score.
Everyone on our team is a designated RHFAC Professional Assessor, two team members sit on the RHFAC Technical Committee, and Samantha Ryan is a former RHFAC Instructor.
